For over 100 years, the vast canvas of The Breakers stunning landscape has welcomed guests with its dramatic sensory appeal.  Now the bounty includes an Organic Herb & Vegetable Garden that produces a variety of edible and aromatic plants.

Join us as we celebrate the harvest of Basil and Mint.  To mark the occasion, we will be offering guided herb garden tours and demonstrations, a specially crafted three-course menu at one of our restaurants, custom beverages throughout the Dining Collection, and a treatment at The Spa at The Breakers featuring a selected herb each month.
