HMF, Palm Beach’s newest destination for social eating and drinking, debuts at The Breakers; interiors re-imagined by celebrated designer Adam Tihany in resort’s historic Florentine Room
In collaboration with famed hospitality designer, Adam Tihany, The Breakers has introduced an exciting new drinking and dining experience unlike any other in Palm Beach. The name HMF, honors The Breakers’ legendary founder, Henry Morrison Flagler. Designed to enchant its guests, the completely re-imagined space is an ode to the classic "Palm Beach cocktail culture," offering a lively, glamorous, unique experience.
This incredible bar concept features an extensive menu of sensational food, combining an innovative take on small plates representing multiple cuisines, with handcrafted cocktails ranging from the vintage to the experimental, and a carefully curated wine list – all designed to surprise and delight the senses.
The Breakers strives to continually offer engaging new experiences and guest feedback confirmed that a new, distinctive bar is in great demand. The resort turned to Adam Tihany, the creative visionary behind the restaurant designs of New York's Per Se, Restaurant Daniel and Le Cirque 2000, and many of the best restaurant venues around the globe, to re-imagine the historic Florentine Room (formerly the Tapestry Bar and L'Escalier restaurant) as a captivating destination, stylish and sophisticated, reflecting the highest quality service, products and ambiance. Tihany is acting as design consultant to Peacock + Lewis Architects in recreating the Florentine Room at The Breakers resort in Palm Beach.
