The Breakers’ Distinctive Restaurant Experiences Elevate Culinary
Excitement in Palm Beach
Luxury Hotel Continues to Evolve Dining Concepts and Exclusive, Local Farm Partnerships
PALM BEACH, FL – In the spirit of a true destination resort, The Breakers Palm Beach has cultivated its own finely honed talents to create an inviting array of nine distinct restaurant concepts that entice hotel guests to stay on property, and successfully lure locals to enjoy.
Each restaurant has its own identity forged by a unique culinary theme, a varying level of style and a one-of-a-kind setting. “Our goal is for each dining experience to be recognized in its own right with the appeal of a free-standing restaurant,” said Nick Velardo, director of food and beverage – restaurants of the Five Diamond resort. “As a destination independent of chain affiliation and unhampered by template concepts, we are passionate about delivering a variety of high-quality, dining experiences that entice both hotel guests and local residents,” he continued.
The team’s entrepreneurial-style success encouraged the development of two off-site restaurants – Echo, located only a few blocks from the main hotel on the island of Palm Beach; and Top of The Point, just 10 minutes away across the Intracoastal Waterway atop the Phillips Point building in downtown West Palm Beach.
