Bod Pod
The Spa at The Breakers is excited to be one of the first spas to offer a body composition analysis by use of the Bod Pod; the most advanced technology available today. Bod Pod testing is done by computerized pressure sensors, which determine the amount of air displaced by the person's body while sitting comfortably inside the Bod Pod. This highly accurate, safe and quick analysis will determine your current body fat percentage and lean body mass. Your daily Total Energy Expenditure is also measured which is used to help manage your daily caloric intake.
