The Spa at The Breakers is pleased to welcome its first Health and Wellness Coach.
 
She has practiced yoga for over 16 years with continuing certification and education in Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Nutrition, and Guided Imagery. As her focus on nurturing the body broadened, Ashley added a Pilates certification to her fitness expertise.

As a certified Health and Wellness Coach, Ashley offers the following services:
