Personalized Health & Wellness Coaching - Signature Service
The Spa at The Breakers offers personal Wellness Coaching which includes a range of tailored services from whole-self assessments to guidance on stress management, healthy eating and shopping, meditation and mindfulness. Our certified Wellness Coach, Ashley Pearson is a longtime practitioner and teacher of yoga and Pilates and can customize a program to meet your desired goals.

Body Composition Analysis
InBody520 is an analysis tool to determine your percentage of body fat and lean mass. Performed by one of our certified trainers or wellness coach, this user friendly tool provides precise body composition, water balance, obesity analysis and segmental lean analysis.
Workout smarter! Our trainers use the InBody520 system, to give you a complete analysis of your body composition. Individual endurance, strength and flexibility is then analyzed during the 50-minute personal training session. Take your results home with you to keep your great start going.
See a class that interests you but prefer to try it solo? Get highly personalized coaching by taking a private version of any one of our fantastic fitness classes.
A range of fitness and specialty classes taught by certified instructors to keep you inspired, give you a great workout and deliver a dose of fun. Classes are complimentary for all hotel guests.

Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed at 50% of the reserved services should you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge for reserved services.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to the price of all services covering gratuities for your fitness service provider and attendants. Additional gratuities may be added upon your request.
