This April, sip and savor the fruit that masquerades as a veggie. The Breakers' Bloody Mary takes center stage at all of our restaurants this month. Plus, try our featured tomato-inspired dishes:

Kentucky Derby
May 3 - 5
As the excitement grows leading up to the Kentucky Derby, we’re serving Mint Julep-inspired cocktails and other Kentucky favorites throughout our restaurants.
On Derby Day (May 4), sip a cocktail as you watch the races and cheer on your favorite horse at Henry’s Palm Beach, HMF, Seafood Bar and if you’re staying with us, Ocean House. Plus, order tableside at HMF from our Mint Julep cart.
Cinco de Mayo
May 5
To pay homage to Cinco de Mayo, we’re serving specialty sips and bites across the resort. Featured items include:
- Echo: Blue Ginger Margarita and Korean Braised Short Rib Tacos
- HMF: Espumoso Passion Fruit Spritz and Adobo Spiced Pork Belly
- Henry’s Palm Beach: Watermelon Margarita and Fish Tacos

MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATIONS | May 12
Brunch at The Circle

$100 for children, ages 12 and younger
Treat mom to an elaborate brunch at The Circle, one of the resort’s most stunning spaces, dotted with arched windows and glimpses of the ocean. Indulge in an exquisite buffet and an array of festive desserts as you sip unlimited Champagne cocktails, bloody marys and The Breakers’ custom-blended wine—all while a harpist passes from table to table.

Brunch in the Ponce de Leon Ballroom

Leave the cooking to us and let your focus be on family as you celebrate in the beautiful Ponce de Leon Ballroom. Our elaborate buffet offers mom’s favorites, as well as unexpected items, unlimited Champagne cocktails and The Breakers’ custom-blended wine, a decadent array of sweet treats and more.

Lunch & Dinner at Flagler Steakhouse

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a memorable three-course meal at the quintessential American steakhouse. Gather inside or on our terrace, and enjoy a special plated prix-fixe menu, available for lunch or dinner.
