Located just a few blocks from The Breakers in the heart of Palm Beach, the Echo journey begins at the moment of arrival, as one enters the terrace area of the restaurant’s entrance – an ideal setting for end-of-day and evening cocktails, or appetizers and dinner. For a more intimate outdoor dining experience, guests can enjoy the atmosphere of Echo’s private, fire-lit garden.  

Upon entering, one is greeted by the buzz at the Dragonfly Lounge, a sleek sexy space accented by a serpentine bar.  Guests may enjoy an array of creative cocktails, fine sake, and a selection of domestic and imported beers (including popular Asian labels), or choose from an impressive wine list featuring appealing selections from top boutique wineries. The carefully curated wine list, devised by The Breakers’ wine director Virginia Philip, one of the nation’s leading Master Sommeliers, complements Echo’s bold Asian flavors.  
Once seated, Echo’s creative menu presents diner with selections divided into categories that correspond to the Five Elements: Wind (small plates to begin the journey); Fire (creations from the wok); Water (seafood and shellfish); Earth (meat, game, and poultry); and Flavor (desserts and sweets).  

There are numerous signature specialties on the restaurant’s wide-ranging menu, from Seared Ginger Beef and Thai Roast Duck, to the Crispy Whole Snapper.  Also in the category of most tempting are Echo’s famed Sushi and Sashimi; several talented chefs are always hard at work in full view of diners at an exhibition sushi bar, providing an entertaining display of their talents.    

Many Asian restaurants treat dessert as an afterthought, but not so at Echo.
