As part of our ongoing commitment to renewal, The Breakers is completing the revitalization of its iconic Mediterranean Courtyard and will soon begin a full-scale transformation of its Family Entertainment Center.
Mediterranean Courtyard
Expected to open in late spring, this renovation—just off the hotel lobby—will thoughtfully restore signature architectural elements such as historic fountains, while introducing a striking glass conservatory, lush landscaping and other new enhancements to create a warm, inviting setting. The result will honor the courtyard’s heritage while elevating its enduring beauty.

Family Entertainment Center
In late April, The Breakers will embark on a full-scale transformation of its Family Entertainment Center, boldly reimagining an expansive space that will serve as an innovative recreational destination for guests of all ages. The experience will delight, inspire and engage through a dynamic blend of indoor‑outdoor activities, casual dining options, and immersive, playful moments at every turn.
Anticipated opening is spring 2028.
