The words “The Breakers,” “us,” “our” and “we” do not include any third-party service providers (even if related to our business) who may provide your Personal Information to us or who may collect your Personal Information while you are our guest. For instance, while we may protect the Personal Information that we collect about you from a travel agent, we are not responsible for your travel agent’s collection, use, storage, or disclosure of your Personal Information.   4. To our agents to evaluate a guest’s credit worthiness or in order to process payment or collect on a guest’s account.
  5. To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
  6. For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide your Personal Information to us.
  7. With your consent.
  8. If required by law, rule, or regulation, or if ordered by a court or administrative agency.
  9. As we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, if we believe that you are violating this Privacy Policy or our Terms & Conditions of Use, or are otherwise interfering with another’s rights or property, including, without limitation, our rights or property.
  10. If requested by authorities in the event of any act or instance of local, regional, or national emergency.
  11. In connection with a business transfer (as described in the section titled “Business Transfers” below).

Disclosures to Our Vendors

We will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all of Our Vendors agree to protect your Personal Information in accordance with privacy guidelines that are at least as strict as the privacy guidelines set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Aggregation and De-Personalization

We may take your Personal Information and de-identify it either by combining it with information about other individuals (aggregating your Personal Information with information about other individuals), or by removing characteristics (such as your name) that make your Personal Information personally identifiable to you (de-identifying Your Information). Circumvention of Security Measures

Protecting your Personal Information is important to us. Your User Contributions are posted on our Services at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users of our Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Operations of Our Services in the United States

Our Services are operated in the United States. Your Personal Information may be processed by us in the country where it is collected as well as other countries (including, without limitation, the United States) where laws regarding processing of your Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.

Children’s Information

Our online Services are intended to be used only by adults and are not directed to minors. If you are a minor, you may only access or use our online Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions of Use. Amendments will take effect immediately upon us posting the updated Privacy Policy on our Services.
