National Chocolate Month
February 1 – 29

This month, dessert is a must! Indulge your sweet tooth with a decadent chocolate treat. A few of our favorites: Ultimate Baked Brownie Sundae at Seafood Bar, Valrhona Chocolate Layer Cake at Flagler Steakhouse, Warm Chocolate Whoopie Pie Sundae at HMF, Molten Chocolate Lava Cake at Echo and Gianduja Chocolate Torte at The Italian Restaurant. Sunday Brunch will feature an extra special array of different sweets each week.

Seaside Bloom Cocktail at HMF
February 1 – 29

Time to stop and sip the roses. This month at HMF, enjoy our featured Seaside Bloom—a grapefruit and rose-infused cocktail inspired by the new accessory collection from Adam D. Tihany that showcases the stunning florals in our new, custom-designed lobby carpet. The collection launches with a vibrant cashmere scarf available at our Signature Shop.

The best part? A percentage of the proceeds from the Seaside Bloom cocktail will be donated to the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Foundation.

Margarita Day
February 22

Here at The Breakers, we’re always on island time—and a drink in hand is the perfect accessory. To pay homage to Margarita Day, we’re serving specialty drinks across the resort. Try the featured Lager-Rita at Seafood Bar and if you’re staying with us, consider the Strawberry-Kiwi Margarita at The Beach Club Restaurant or Hibiscus Pineapple Martini at Ocean House.

St. Patrick’s Day
March 17

Don your green attire and celebrate Ireland’s culture as you enjoy traditional Irish fare at Flagler Steakhouse, featuring Corned Beef and Cabbage for lunch and Mulligan Irish Stew for dinner.
