Each membership year, we ask that all members take a few moments to review and complete the annual waiver for use of The Breakers’ golf carts. Because members frequently utilize this service, we have allowed for an annual waiver instead of requiring a separate waiver with each use.
Please find a link to the annual golf cart waiver below and complete it at your convenience in advance of your next visit. If an annual waiver is not completed in advance, you will be asked to fill one out the next time you play golf.

Below, please find our waiver for minors, applicable to those children included on your membership who are under 18 and plan to ride along with you in the cart at any time. Note that one waiver covers all minors on your membership; you do not need to sign a separate waiver for each child.
