Biography
Jennifer Reichert is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience at The Breakers Palm Beach, one of America’s most iconic oceanfront resorts. As Assistant Director of Training, she is responsible for designing and delivering dynamic programs that support 2,400 team members throughout their employment journey, fostering continuous growth and opportunity.
In her role, Reichert co-leads over 20 educational initiatives that cover topics from service excellence and leadership development to mental health awareness and infectious disease protocols. Her work exemplifies The Breakers’ commitment to innovative learning that empowers individuals and strengthens the company’s value-driven culture.
Her career also highlights the organization’s dedication to internal mobility and cross-training, enabling team members to grow and thrive professionally. Since joining the property in 2004, Reichert has held various positions across several departments, including the Design Studio, Guest Services and Recreation. Her leadership experience spans managing operations at the ultra-luxury Flagler Club, overseeing Pool, Beach & Bungalows, and later expanding her scope to encompass golf, tennis, spa, and activities as Administration Manager of Recreation—a job she held for a decade before transitioning into her current role.
Originally from Naperville, Illinois, Reichert began her path in hospitality in 1999 while studying horticulture at the University of Illinois. That same year, she interned at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, where she quickly progressed from the grounds and gardens division to guest services and onboarding—an early foundation for her passion for teaching and mentorship.
Today, Jennifer lives in West Palm Beach, just a short distance from where her family’s legacy with The Breakers began nearly a century ago—when her great-grandfather joined the resort’s reconstruction team in 1926.
