PALM BEACH, FL – The Breakers Palm Beach, one of America’s most iconic resorts, will welcome the newest addition to its acclaimed dining collection: Beach Club, a captivating oceanfront restaurant anticipated to open on December 22, 2025.
Emerging from a full-scale, $15 million renovation, Beach Club will offer a refined yet relaxed, day-to-evening, al fresco setting that celebrates the tranquility of seaside leisure and the timeless elegance of the Riviera—where culinary artistry and craftsmanship converge to create a distinctive and memorable experience.
Situated within the resort’s private Ocean Club, this stunning indoor-outdoor venue will feature sunlit spaces, layered textures and a breezy ambiance that captures the essence of sophisticated Mediterranean ease and the graceful luxury of Palm Beach. Casual in spirit yet polished in detail, the restaurant’s seamless fusion of tradition and modern style invites hotel guests and club members to linger, savor and connect.
Cuisine
Under the direction of Executive Chef - Restaurants Anthony Sicignano, Beach Club will debut with à la carte breakfast and lunch service, featuring light, seasonal fare prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients—including locally-sourced produce from trusted regional purveyors. The restaurant will introduce dinner and private dining in late January 2026.
The breakfast menu will spotlight a selection of elevated sweet and savory morning favorites, complemented by housemade pastries, specialty coffees, wellness-focused elixirs, and a curated assortment of teas. Lunch will showcase shareable appetizers; bright, colorful salads and signature entrées.
Dinner, led by Chef de Cuisine Thomas Castellon—a former protégé of culinary icons Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller—will draw inspiration from Italy’s coastal regions, such as the sun-drenched shores of the Amalfi Coast and the vibrant landscapes of Capri, Sicily and beyond. Guests can expect dishes that celebrate the cuisine’s hallmark simplicity, freshness, and use of superior ingredients—handmade pastas, pristine seafood, and Roman-influenced classics, all thoughtfully paired with craft cocktails and a curated wine list selected by The Breakers’ Master Sommeliers.
Design
The chic, serene aesthetic of Beach Club will effortlessly blend the sensibility and radiance of premium Italian style with the relaxed refinement of Palm Beach. Envisioned by the renowned Tihany Design and Principal Alessia Genova, the space will unfold in a palette of airy natural hues—sun-washed travertine, bleached oak and soft azure tones. Every detail will reflect artisanal craftsmanship, from custom furnishings and hand-painted tiles to sculptural lighting that infuses warmth and character. Textured wall finishes and beautiful brass accents will add depth and dimension, completing a setting that is both contemporary and inviting.
